HART data collector, hart gateway, 8-channel hart to modbus protocol converter SM100-M-8

A product called the SM100-M-8 HART data collector was created using an ARM microprocessor, a HART protocol modem chip, and a great deal of real-world experience. It offers great stability and dependability and is designed to meet the specifications of industrial items. To ensure real-time data transmission, the data collector is outfitted with a standard RS485 interface and gateway that can either convert data into MODBUS _ RTU or MODBUS _ TCP protocol to read data or transparently communicate data with intelligent instruments using HART protocol. The HART protocol instrument enables bidirectional data transmission without interfering with the 4 to 20 mA analog signal by superimposing a modulated digital signal on a 4 to 20 mA basis using the Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) standard.

    Product Features

    • Eight HART devices can be connected simultaneously, and all HART channels set up for the HART data collector can be scanned both simultaneously and in parallel.
    • Three-terminal electromagnetic complete quarantine between the host power supply and HART channels. The two-wire interface is used by every channel. The HART module's electromagnetic quarantine voltage must be at least 1500 V. The ability to separate HART signals (4–20 ma) is supported.
    • Both RS485 and NET Ethernet interfaces must have a quarantine voltage of at least 1500 V.
    • Use a modular design that isolates the HART module from the host and allows for online HART module replacement in any channel.
    • An independent indicator light is supplied for each channel, indicating the communication status of the HART equipment and whether the equipment is online.
    • Equipped with a communication interface, operation/fault indicator light, etc.
    • Channel-wise data refresh rate ≥ 1 second.
    • Support RS485 and Ethernet interfaces with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
    • All HART devices' HART IDs can be read using proprietary HART commands.
    • Support Telnet remote settings, as well as configuration and operating modes.
    • Update firmware programs are supported.
    • As long as the loop resistance is less than or equal to 250 ohms, the equipment supports standard DIN rail mounting and has no effect on the accuracy or transmission of a 4–20 mA analog signal under normal, power failure, or fault conditions.
    • Field instruments are not powered by this equipment.
    • It is compatible with HART protocol Ver5.0 and higher.
