The SM101-A(B) is HART intelligent converters designed by JIAXING SONGMAO. It is researched and developed by ARM microprocessor, HART protocol modulation and demodulation ASIC, and experienced with a lot of practical applications. The design is in accordance with the requirements of industrial products with high reliability and stability. The intelligent converter is equipped with standard RS232 and RS485 interfaces, which can be transparently transmitted to the intelligent instruments with HART protocol or converted to MODBUS_RTU Protocol to read data, ensuring the live transmission.

The HART protocol is complied with the standard of Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK), and modulate digital signals on a basis of 4~20mA, which leads the HART protocol instruments to bidirectional data communication without interfering the analog signal of 4-20mA. The intelligent converters of SM100 series are for bidirectional modulation and demodulation with digital signals and analog signals.

    Product Specifications

    • Equipped with standard RS232and RS485communication interfaces, which can be used to configure parameters, change communication baud rate and parity bit. It don’t influence the communication speed of 1200 on the HART bus, which improves the running speed of the whole system.
    • Adopted with Industrial General Module shell to ensure easy installation and debug
    •  With exclusive configuration software, it can be configured with parameters, and communicate with HARTProtocol intelligent Instrument for data transfer
    • Supports the standard MODBUS_RTUprotocol
    • Supports a variety of special HARTprotocol Intelligent Instruments, and can be customized to read the instructions from special HARTinstruments
