SM100-M-8 HART Data Collector: Reliable China Factory Solution for MODBUS Protocol Conversion - Trusted Suppliers

The SM100-M-8 HART data collector is an advanced device developed in China, utilizing an ARM microprocessor and a HART protocol modem chip, backed by extensive real-world experience. This robust tool is designed to meet industrial and manufacturing standards, offering exceptional stability and reliability. The data collector features a standard RS485 interface and a built-in gateway that can convert data into MODBUS RTU or MODBUS TCP protocols, facilitating seamless data reading or transparent communication with intelligent instruments via the HART protocol, With the HART protocol capability, the SM100-M-8 ensures bidirectional data transmission without disturbing the 4 to 20 mA analog signal. It achieves this by superimposing a modulated digital signal using the Bell202 Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) standard on the 4 to 20 mA signal. This product is a perfect choice for suppliers looking to enhance their operations and connect with modern manufacturing processes. Choose the SM100-M-8 from a trusted factory committed to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions for your data communication needs

    Product Features

Eight HART devices can be connected simultaneously, and all HART channels set up for the HART data collector can be scanned both simultaneously and in parallel.

Three-terminal electromagnetic complete quarantine between the host power supply and HART channels. The two-wire interface is used by every channel. The HART module's electromagnetic quarantine voltage must be at least 1500 V. The ability to separate HART signals (4–20 ma) is supported.

Both RS485 and NET Ethernet interfaces must have a quarantine voltage of at least 1500 V.

Use a modular design that isolates the HART module from the host and allows for online HART module replacement in any channel.

An independent indicator light is supplied for each channel, indicating the communication status of the HART equipment and whether the equipment is online.

Equipped with a communication interface, operation/fault indicator light, etc.

    Channel-wise data refresh rate ≥ 1 second.

Support RS485 and Ethernet interfaces with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.

All HART devices' HART IDs can be read using proprietary HART commands.

Support Telnet remote settings, as well as configuration and operating modes.

    Update firmware programs are supported.

As long as the loop resistance is less than or equal to 250 ohms, the equipment supports standard DIN rail mounting and has no effect on the accuracy or transmission of a 4–20 mA analog signal under normal, power failure, or fault conditions.

Field instruments are not powered by this equipment.

It is compatible with HART protocol Ver5.0 and higher.
